A Property Inspector will visit your property monthly, quarterly, or annually to inspect the condition of your common area. We also do night inspection for sweeping and lighting inspections.

Daytime Inspections may include but are not limited to:
Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance
Dayporter - Cleanliness of facade, sidewalks and trash area
General condition of asphalt, concrete, parking lot drainage, signage, wheel stops and lighting

We provide HVAC inspections reports that may include but not limited to:

Current condition of unit and what tenant it serves
Estimated life of unit and major component replacement
Model & Serial number where available

We will inspect all common areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, and lighting outages.
Our inspection may include but not limited to:
ADA compliance
Parking lot condition
Condition of Rooftop equipment
